"I'll destroy everything for you, okay?"

Summary:

Somebody, please—Help me.

"Hello, Parrot."

Wide eyes open and Parrot saw what should be impossible. There is no way— Parrot clutched the spyglass on his hand close to his chest, every breath feels heavy to him as he tries to understand whywhywhywhy—

No. No he shouldn't be here.

"...Wi...fies..." No, The Director.

A What if- with Ghost Wifies absolutely terrorising the narrative and the players with his super, scary, bad, reputation.

Chapter 1: "Aint no way you haunted me bruh, youre supposed to be six feet under."

Chapter Text

HighWater City is lost. The event that Parrot dreaded the most has now come into its completion. He trembled at the sight of one of his cities, what was once a joyous and lively place, now cluttered with rubbles that were covered with a murky red.

That redredredredred slowly dripped into the ground like waterfalls, covering the grass,

the dirt,

the broken diamond plated armor,

the bay,

the bodies of a thousand soldiers that fell dead at the hands of Cindercrest—fell dead at the hands of their King, Parrotx2—

Parrot let out shuddering breath that was filled with regret, with sorrow, with pain that he was deserving of.

His soldiers. His people—

Oh how they stood bravely with him.

Their strong wills overcame their natural instinct to flee from war. Their determination was blinding, blinding enough that Parrot thought they have a chance in succeeding this war. Parrot believed in that chance, he really did. It he just couldve done better—

This war was supposed to bring them freedom.

This war brought them their doom.

King Parrot gave them death on a silver platter.

Terrified cries rang out the remains of HighWater city, with each scream diminishing to nothing. Netherite players with a crest different from Cindercrest, (why, why, why— who are they— why would they—) rampaged through the soldiers, slaying each and every one of them with no remorse. They let out a laugh as they slaughtered his people.

His players cried out from their pain.

Parrot couldnt do anything.

His citizens shouted for his help.

Parrot couldnt do anything.

Parrot also wants to cry for help.

He never knew when the tears fell from his face. Blood dripped from his aching head, his tired limbs remain unresponsive. His lungs burned—smoke rises up on every corner of the city, and the war cries of Cindercrest and that army rang through the broken fragments of his city.

Flame.

Wemmbu.

His friends. The ones who assisted him into being king, has now turned their backs on him. Parrot wanted to feel the anger, for him to feel the rage of this betrayal— but what the king felt was loneliness.

Because Parrot had simply nothing to feel other than that.

He had simply lost everything.

Just as it has always been.

Theo lies at his feet, the blonde avian unmoving, his breath came out harsh while the brightness of his eyes flickered in and out.

Not dead.

Not yet.

Reina was not that far to it either, her hair stuck to her bloodied face with a face full of anguish. Her sword lay flat on the dusty ground, the blade stained with blood.

It was always his fault, wasnt it?

The war.

Skymore.

Cindercrest.

All the reasons for these things are because of Parrot.

All of this happened because Parrot became king.

'The crown weighs heavy.'

...hah.

Maybe he really wasnt meant to be king.

If it was him... would he be a better king? The smartest player Parrot ever knew. Knowing him, none of this would have happened.

He gripped the spyglass in his hand tightly. His tears have long since dried from the brimstone and wild fires around him. Closing his eyes tightly, only one thought passed through his mind.

Somebody, please—Help me.

A cold breeze passed by his side.

And a voice called out.

A voice he is oh so familiar with.

A voice that is already lost.

A voice that sould have been buried.

A voice that is dead.

"Hello, Parrot."

Wide eyes open and Parrot saw what should be impossible. There is no way— Parrot clutched the spyglass on his hand close to his chest, every breath feels heavy to him as he tries to understand whywhywhywhy

No. No he shouldn't be here.

"...Wi...fies..." No, The Director.

He smiled with a soft expression on his face.

That bandana. The Ying Yang on his hoodie. The spyglass. The spyglass—

"Let me take it from here, Parrot." The Director reached out to the avian's trembling hand, which shuddered even more when it made contact with his fingers.

The Director pulled him closer. Parrot hitched his breath.

"I'll give you the minutes I can spare, its up to you to find a way out."

Then, as if like a fog, he passed through him. Parrot's vision of him started to fade, dark spots flooding his surroundings. He felt a cold plunge thoughout his body and he was left gasping for air.

He cant move.

Every part of him was deadweight, and Parrot let out a panicked cry. No voice came out, as if he was silenced.

Then, he saw—
