Blue Lock was a prestigious college meant for those who are the best of the best. It had no room for weak-minded people and those that are pathetic and vulnerable.
Blue Lock welcomed all traits—be it Alpha, Omega or Beta. As long as they were capable of surviving this college’s extreme curriculum, they were accepted.
Blue Lock high had no room for errors, if you are incapable of passing a certain course—you’re immediately expelled.
There were 2 individuals in this college that had an excellent mind that surpassed even the knowledge of the esteemed professors. They were Isagi Yoichi and Itoshi Rin. Both of them fought for the top spot in this school.
Isagi Yoichi was a famous senior in this school, in academics.. and persistent scandals.
Simply put, Isagi was a known playboy.
Be it men or women, alpha, omega or beta—he’s dated them all.
All the teachers knew he meant trouble yet no one could stop him. He was a dominant alpha which meant he could control anyone he wanted anywhere and anytime.
He couldn’t bring himself to use his abilities though—he had a past which scared him to use it again. Yet, it didn’t stop the fear imprinted in each student in the campus.
Itoshi Rin was also an intelligent student who excelled in every subject, especially English. He was fluent in both Japanese and English which led him to win various competitions as the top scorer.
He was a recessive omega while his brother was a dominant alpha. Rin felt like he was inferior both in school and at home. People at school mocked him for being a useless omega while his brother was a superior alpha.
It was the same at home—his mother and father constantly scolding him for being an omega, a recessive one at that.
He couldn’t change his secondary gender, and he loathed himself for that. The thing that hurt the most was that his brother didn’t try to defend him, he stayed silent—like always.
Rin tried to get by with every passing day and eventually accepted himself and his secondary gender. He decided he wouldn’t let anything get to him to prevent him from reaching the number one spot in this school.
Rin had few friends but his most trusted ones were Hiori Yo and Nagi Seishiro.
Rin met them when he was in high school and participated in clubs—specifically the gaming club. Rin had a hobby of playing horror games while also enjoying specific horror films.
Rin joined the gaming club because he knew that only loners like him enjoyed playing games—at least in their school.
Hiori Yo was his best friend since he never annoyed Rin and was too kind for his rotten soul.
Nagi Seishiro was also his best friend since he was a great listener and always provided great advice. The three of them also attended Blue Lock and were always together.
Rin knew of Isagi Yoichi, but his first impression of him wasn’t so nice. Rin met Isagi when they took the entrance college exam and he was surrounded by all kinds of people—men, women, alpha, omega and beta. He was disgusted by the surge of all kinds of pheromones gathering in one place so he left and grimaced at the thought of Isagi possibly passing and being in the same college as him.
Rin knew that he would be insufferable and an absolute playboy.
Isagi, the man himself, also noticed Rin at their first day. He was amazed by the way Rin was an omega while also having the courage to stand up to alphas twice his size. Not like Rin couldn't qualify for an alpha, he was actually quite qualified. He was tall and had a muscular body, not fitting for an omega. But yet again, he was recessive so Isagi didn’t really expect that he would fit in society’s standards.
Isagi was intrigued by Rin.
It wasn’t just his appearance that intrigued Isagi, it was the way Rin always managed to score at least one point above him every time. Each time Isagi tried to approach Rin to ask him how he always did it, Rin would always respond with a scoff or telling Isagi off.
Isagi was a senior and he felt disrespected. He was just asking a question and Rin was getting on his last nerves. He slowly developed hatred for Rin for always one-upping him and the disrespect was getting to him every time.
The petty fights and insults were engraved in Isagi’s mind and heart and he would never forget it.
Isagi Yoichi devised a plan to destroy Itoshi Rin.
Now, this plan was simple. (It wasn’t)
He would make use of his playboy personality and break off all his existing relationships, get close to his rival, fake his love for him, make him love him “back”, then dump him fast after making him falter for the top spot.
Then, Isagi would finally be number one in Blue Lock without any alpha, omega, or beta ever disrupting his path.
Well, plans could be changed, right?
Haha.
Well, Isagi would just have to find out.
