Sasuke sat at the edge of Naruto’s bed like it wasn’t the most insane thing he’d ever done.
His arms were tight around himself, legs bare, hair freshly washed, smelling of soap and omega nerves. The scent curled under the bedroom light like smoke—subtle but undeniable. Tension pooled in his shoulders as he stared down at the floor, black eyes unmoving, like if he blinked too fast he might shatter the fragile resolve he’d worked up just to get here.
This was happening. It was real.
Naruto was in the kitchen still; getting water or wasting time. Probably both.
And Sasuke? He was nineteen, unmated, untouched, and frankly humiliated by the way that made him feel. Not because he wasn’t proud, he was. He’d turned down more courtship offers than he could count. He hadn’t wanted just anyone to break that part of him open.
He wanted someone he trusted. Someone who wouldn’t treat it like a favor.
Unfortunately, that person was Naruto Uzumaki.
And Naruto had a girlfriend.
He shouldn’t have said yes. But he had.
Sasuke’s throat felt dry, but his skin was hot. He curled his fingers in the sheets beneath him, stared at the creases. Every part of him was tight, coiled, like he was waiting for an ambush.
Then Naruto’s footsteps came down the hall. Unhurried. Heavy. That confident, casual way he always moved, like the world couldn’t touch him.
Sasuke’s stomach turned over.
The door creaked open.
“You good?” Naruto asked quietly, leaning against the doorframe.
He wasn’t smiling, which was rare. But there was something else in his expression, something careful. Like he wasn’t sure if he was about to step into something sacred or stupid.
Sasuke lifted his chin. “I said I was ready.”
Naruto exhaled, shutting the door behind him. The glass of water in his hand was forgotten on the dresser.
“You know we don’t have to do it like this,” he said after a long moment, voice lower now. “You could, I don’t know. Wait for someone who can give you what you actually want.”
“I want this,” Sasuke snapped. Then winced. Too sharp.
Naruto didn’t flinch. He just came closer. Sat on the bed beside him.
“You hate my girlfriend.”
Sasuke stared ahead. “She’s loud.”
“She’s not the one asking me to knot her tonight.”
That shut him up.
The silence hung for a long second. Naruto’s body heat was too close; solid and golden and humming with restrained power. Alpha scent, clean and familiar, filled the space. Sasuke’s whole body prickled with instinct. Every sense leaned toward him.
“I’m not in love with her,” Naruto said quietly.
Sasuke’s breath caught.
Naruto looked over at him. Not smiling. “You didn’t ask. But I figured you should know.”
“…Why are you doing this?” Sasuke’s voice was quiet.
“Because you asked me to.” Naruto’s eyes didn’t waver. “Because you’re the only person I’d break a promise for.”
Sasuke swallowed hard.
His fingers twitched in his lap. “It’s just once. Right?”
Naruto’s voice was softer now. “Only if you want it to be.”
A long silence followed.
Then Sasuke turned to him, slow and deliberate, and uncurled his body enough to let Naruto see the bare skin under his oversized shirt — pale thighs, a flush along his chest, and slick already wetting the inside of them.
“I’m not afraid of pain,” Sasuke said, throat tight. “I just don’t want it to feel like nothing.”
Naruto reached out, and gently touched the side of his face.
“It won’t,” he said. “I promise.”
Naruto didn’t rush.
His hand lingered on Sasuke’s cheek, thumb brushing just under his eye, the way someone might test if a ghost were real. His expression had gone unreadable—no cocky grin, no teasing smirk—just serious. Weighted. Like he knew this meant more than just heat relief or biology.
“You smell like you’re already close,” he murmured. “Were you waiting for me like this the whole time?”
Sasuke’s breath caught. His throat worked around a stubborn knot of pride.
“I didn’t want to go into it cold,” he muttered, eyes flicking away. “If you weren’t gonna prep me right—”
“I am.” Naruto’s voice was low, sharp. A bit of that alpha edge showing. “I’d never half-ass this.”
He leaned in, lips brushing Sasuke’s ear. “I’m not some chump. I actually give a damn.”
Sasuke shivered.
The shirt slipped down one shoulder as Naruto’s hands moved, slow but firm, guiding Sasuke back onto the bed like he weighed nothing. His hands skimmed over pale thighs, parting them gently, respectfully, like Sasuke was something fragile. Not in the weak sense, but in the important sense. Something that deserved care.
“I’m not gonna lie,” Naruto said, fingers grazing the slick already wet between Sasuke’s thighs, “you’re driving me fuckin’ crazy right now.”
His voice was husky. Hungry.
“But I need you to say it. You still want this?”
Sasuke stared up at him, lips parted, breath uneven. “I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t.”
“Doesn’t mean I’m not gonna check.” Naruto pressed a kiss to the inside of Sasuke’s knee, then looked up at him again. “Last chance to walk.”
“…I want you.”
The words sounded too honest. Too loud in the quiet space between them.
Naruto didn’t reply right away, he just exhaled like someone pulling back the last thread of restraint. Then he leaned down and kissed Sasuke’s inner thigh again, this time slower. Mouth dragging over skin, hot breath fanning against slick folds, tongue flicking low—
Sasuke bit down on a gasp.
“F-Fuck—”
Naruto chuckled. “Told you. I’m not half-assing anything.”
He kept at it. Slow, deliberate strokes with his tongue, teasing him open with maddening precision. Sasuke could barely process the fact that this was Naruto. That Naruto—the idiot, the loudmouth, the sun in human form—was between his legs right now, eating him out like it was a reward and not a favor.
And fuck, he was good. Too good. No hesitation. No fumbling.
When Naruto pushed a slick finger inside, Sasuke arched with a quiet moan.
“Goddamn,” Naruto muttered against him. “You’re tight. Might need more than fingers to loosen you for a knot.”
Sasuke’s head rolled back against the pillow. His cheeks were flushed, eyes glassy. “Then do it,” he panted. “Don’t talk like you want it. Just do it.”
Naruto growled—low, rough, almost feral.
“You’re lucky I like when you talk shit.”
And then he was stripping off the last of his clothes; toned chest, hard abs, the thick weight of his cock hanging heavy and flushed. His knot was already beginning to swell. Every part of him radiated heat, dominance, readiness.
Sasuke couldn’t look away.
Naruto knelt between his thighs, lined himself up, and paused.
“Breathe,” he murmured. “Let me in.”
He pushed forward slowly—thick and hot, dragging open tight walls inch by inch. Sasuke choked on a gasp, hands scrambling for the sheets as he was filled in one long, slow push.
“Fuck—ahh—Naruto—”
“I know,” Naruto said through clenched teeth. “Shit, you’re squeezing me so hard. Relax, baby.”
Sasuke had never been called that before. Never wanted to be.
But fuck, it sounded right coming from Naruto.
He whimpered, hips twitching as Naruto bottomed out. The stretch was intense, but not unbearable — just enough to steal his breath, to remind him that this was real. That he was being taken, finally, by someone he wanted.
Naruto leaned down, pressing their foreheads together, bodies flush.
“You feel like you were made for me,” he murmured. “So fucking wet, Sasuke…sucking me in like you’ve done this before.”
“I haven’t,” Sasuke gasped. “You know I haven’t.”
“I know.” Naruto’s hand slid under his thigh, angling him better. “Doesn’t change the fact that you’re perfect like this.”
And then he started to move.
Slow at first, then harder—deeper—until the bed creaked and Sasuke was a mess under him, keening, moaning, legs wrapped around his waist like he never wanted to let go.
Naruto’s hand gripped the headboard, muscles straining. Sweat beaded on his temple. His eyes never left Sasuke’s face; drinking in every sound, every twitch, every moan like he was memorizing it.
“You’re mine like this,” Naruto whispered, biting at Sasuke’s jaw. “Even if it’s just tonight, you’re mine.”
Sasuke’s breath hitched.
“I’ve always been yours,” he said, voice cracking. “You just never looked.”
That did something to Naruto. Something primal.
He slammed in deeper, hips grinding until Sasuke felt the base of his knot pressing. Sasuke’s eyes widened, thighs clenching around him.
“Naruto—!”
“You said you wanted it,” he growled. “So take it.”
The knot pushed in with force. A stretch that made Sasuke cry out, pain-pleasure overwhelming as he was locked full, hot and stuffed, trembling under Naruto’s weight.
Naruto groaned deep in his throat, collapsing forward, knot pulsing.
His scent flooded the room; alpha, thick and possessive, searing every inch of Sasuke’s skin.
They didn’t speak for a long time. Just panted, held each other, riding out the aftershocks.
Then, quietly:
“…You’re not going back to her tonight,” Sasuke whispered. “Right?”
Naruto’s voice was hoarse, but certain.
“I’m not going back to her ever.”
They didn’t speak for a while.
Naruto’s knot was still seated deep inside Sasuke, keeping them fused together, warm and tight and raw. Their sweat mingled on the sheets. Sasuke’s chest rose and fell in short, shaky breaths. His lips were still parted, cheeks flushed, legs trembling faintly from the aftershocks. And Naruto—Naruto was half sprawled on top of him, forehead buried in the crook of Sasuke’s neck, pulse still racing like he was trying to memorize the sound of Sasuke’s body wrapped around his.
It was silent.
Except for the soft, slick sounds of their bodies stuck together. The occasional shift of Naruto’s hips. The wet grip of Sasuke’s walls as they adjusted to his knot.
Then, without lifting his head, Naruto spoke against Sasuke’s throat.
“You’re still dripping around me.”
Sasuke stiffened faintly.
Naruto rolled his hips—just barely, just enough for Sasuke to feel it—and a broken, unwilling moan left the omega’s lips.
“You’re sensitive,” Naruto murmured, nuzzling behind his ear. “Thought you’d be tapped out.”
“I am,” Sasuke hissed, legs tightening around his waist. “But you’re still inside. That doesn’t give me much of a break, dumbass.”
Naruto laughed—soft, rough, all alpha.
“You could tell me to stop,” he whispered.
Sasuke’s hands were already gripping his back, nails biting skin.
“I don’t want you to stop.”
Naruto pulled back enough to look down at him. Blonde hair stuck to his forehead, blue eyes dark and blown wide, expression somewhere between reverent and wrecked. He wasn’t just hard again—he never stopped being hard. The knot pulsed gently, like it was reading Sasuke’s need even before he could ask.
“Then tell me what you want,” Naruto said, voice low and rough. “I’m yours. You want more, I’ll give you more.”
Sasuke’s lips trembled. His body ached—but his heat sang louder. Every nerve burned with that slick, coiled tension again.
“I want it to feel good,” he whispered. “I want you to fuck me like I’m your omega.”
Naruto didn’t need to be told twice.
His mouth crashed against Sasuke’s; not tender this time, but hungry, desperate, devouring. Teeth caught lips. Tongues tangled. Sasuke moaned into his mouth, hips arching as Naruto began moving again. Short, grinding thrusts, impossibly deep, his knot tugging and stretching Sasuke with every press.
“Still so tight,” Naruto growled, panting into his mouth. “Like your body needs me there.”
“It does,” Sasuke gasped, head thrown back. “Don’t pull out—don’t even try.”
“Trust me,” Naruto groaned. “I’m not fucking going anywhere.”
He hooked Sasuke’s knees up, folding the omega in half, locking their bodies close as he began to fuck into him again—sharp, rolling thrusts that rubbed against every swollen spot inside. Sasuke was gone, helpless to it, crying out now, voice thick with heat and surrender and the kind of ruined pleasure he’d never thought he’d feel.
Naruto’s hand found Sasuke’s throat—firm but not tight—and Sasuke choked on a whimper, arching into it.
“You take me so well,” Naruto rasped, pupils blown wide. “You’re meant to be filled like this. Stuffed full of my knot. You want it, don’t you?”
“Yes—yes, fuck—yes—!”
“You think I haven’t wanted to do this for years?” Naruto’s voice was wild now. “You think I gave a fuck about her? I wanted you, Sasuke. Always you. You just never looked at me.”
“I’m looking now,” Sasuke cried, back arching off the sheets. “Fucking look at me back—don’t stop—!”
Naruto’s thrusts hit harder, deeper, his knot grinding in and out with that unbearable stretch, over and over. The pressure built again—shame forgotten, pride abandoned. Just heat and want and the hot, slick ache of being knotted all over again.
Sasuke came first; shuddering hard, legs shaking, back bowed. Slick gushed around Naruto’s cock, soaking them both, and Sasuke moaned when Naruto didn’t stop, kept going, fucking him through it like he was trying to ruin him for anyone else.
Naruto followed moments later—buried deep, knot swelling hard, locked in with a groan that shook his whole body.
His seed flooded Sasuke’s walls. Heat-thick, overwhelming, possessive.
Sasuke could feel it everywhere. Every twitch. Every wave. Every drop.
They stayed like that—trembling, panting, collapsed into each other—until even breathing felt like too much effort.
Then, in the quiet that followed:
“You’re not just some heat to me,” Naruto murmured against his cheek.
Sasuke, still dazed and raw, blinked.
“I know,” he whispered back.
Because he did.
And deep down, he always had.
_____
They fucked three more times before the night was over.
The second was fevered and greedy, right after Naruto’s knot finally shrank enough to let them part. Sasuke had whined the moment it slipped free, already empty, already aching, slick clinging to his thighs like a plea. He didn’t even ask the second time; he just climbed into Naruto’s lap and sank down on him with a breathless gasp, his hands braced against Naruto’s chest, his inner walls still clinging like they never wanted to let go.
The third happened in the shower, water hot and steam fogging the walls. Naruto pinned him against the tile and kissed every mark he’d left earlier, then made new ones on Sasuke’s throat while he slid in slowly from behind, fucking him through the soft moans that spilled from Sasuke’s parted lips.
The fourth happened on the floor.
Sasuke had collapsed there after drying off, too sensitive to move. Naruto couldn’t help himself — not when Sasuke was on his back, legs parted instinctively, eyes glazed with heat, a little dazed and flushed like he was made for it. He’d taken Naruto all over again, still raw, still slick, still so fucking tight around him.
By the end, Sasuke’s thighs were trembling, his body limp, filled with so much cum it soaked the towel beneath him and left a sticky trail when Naruto finally scooped him up and tucked him into bed.
_____
The sun hadn’t risen yet.
The room was quiet except for the occasional sigh, the faint creak of the mattress as Naruto shifted slightly, still locked to Sasuke by his knot, but holding him carefully; as if Sasuke were something rare. Fragile. Important.
Sasuke’s eyes were half-lidded. He was sore, wrecked, overstimulated… and warm. Deeply, comfortingly warm.
He wasn’t used to that part.
Sex had always been a theoretical concern — something he should have experienced by now, something his clan’s bloodline demanded. But no one ever told him about this. The slow rhythm of post-heat breathing. The scent of an alpha he actually wanted. The soft, instinctive little noises Naruto made when Sasuke shifted in his arms.
“You still awake?” Naruto murmured, voice low and husky.
“…Barely,” Sasuke muttered. “Feels like my spine’s gone.”
Naruto chuckled. “Didn’t mean to break you.”
“You did.” A pause. “It’s fine.”
Another long silence passed.
Then, gently:
“I’m not going back to her,” Naruto said again, firmer now. “Not after this.”
Sasuke turned his head, eyes meeting his.
“She’s the Hyūga heiress. The Council—”
“Can fuck off.”
Naruto’s voice was sharp. Immediate.
“If I’m gonna be the goddamn Hokage, I’m not gonna spend the rest of my life waking up next to someone I don’t love just because it looks good on paper.”
Sasuke stared at him.
“…You love me?”
Naruto didn’t hesitate.
“Since I was twelve.”
Sasuke’s throat closed. Heat bloomed behind his ribs.
“…Even after everything I did?”
“Because of everything,” Naruto murmured, pressing a kiss to his temple. “I’ve seen every version of you. The angry, the stubborn, the lonely, the soft. I wanted all of them. I still do.”
Sasuke didn’t know what to say. His chest felt too tight for words.
So instead, he pressed closer. Let Naruto hold him. Let himself be touched like he mattered.
They lay there a while longer — tangled, knotted, full of things unsaid but understood.
Eventually, Sasuke whispered, “You’ll have to deal with the Council.”
“I know.”
“And with her.”
“I know that too.”
Sasuke looked up at him. “You sure you’re ready for that?”
Naruto smiled—tired but real.
“I’ve fought gods for this village,” he said. “I’ll fight them for you too.”
⸻
And in that quiet moment, still flushed from heat, still sore and ruined and whole; Sasuke finally believed it.
He wasn’t alone anymore.
Not in this.
Not ever again.
