Chapter Text
1995
"Draco, when is Ms. Granger gonna be done with the turner" asked Snape. He had been waiting too long in such an obnoxious place. "I'm not sure. I'll try calling them through the mir—"
There was suddenly a white flashing light and two figures emerged from it.
"DADA!" "MOMMA!" exclaimed Lily and Hugo while running to their designated parent.
"About time you arrived" said Snape in distaste. "You never were punctual, Mr.Potter".
Harry just chuckled while looking at his old potions professor and offered him a smile. "Haha, sorry professor".
Everyone from 1995 and Ron was shocked that Harry Potter just SMILED—A GENUINE SMILE— at Snape. Even Snape himself showed shock in his usual emotion less or scowling face.
"Harry! Hermione!" Mrs.Weasley broke the weird exchange and went to hug the two new arrivals. "Hello Molly" the two greeted.
Harry walked towards Draco with Lily in his arms. His husband just leaned on him "Finally! I was in real need of a shower. Let's go home."
"Awww!" "We're leaving so soon?!" "We were just starting to have fun!" and other complains escaped the mouth of the young 2019 kids.
"Wait Mr.Potter. I need a word with you". said Snape making his way towards Harry and Draco with a scowl on his face. "Yes Professor?"
"How dare you marry my godson! I can't trust you to not melt your cauldron in a potions lesson, much less with my godson's happiness! And I don't care how much Draco convinced you to name your child after me, it should never be associated with the name Potter! And-"
"Actually, Severus. Harry named Albus after you not me. Not that your name isn't great or anything but it just wasn't me." cut in Draco in between his godfathers rant. Said godfather just looked bewildered and stared wide-eyed at the man with a scar on his forehead like he had grown another head.
"WAIT. HARRY NAMED THE KID?!" shouted young Ron. "Quiet down Mr. Weasley" replied Snape annoyed while switching back to his composed self. "Um.. haha.. yes, yes I did" said grown Harry not expecting the outburst. For him, Ron was finally over the whole naming-your-child-after-your-horrible-potions-Professor thing.
"Anyways. Are we going home now or...? Not that I want to hurry. I don't wanna put up with mom's yelling, just wondering" said Freddy looking kind of bored while leaning on Roxanne.
"Yeah I'm not looking forward to leaving either" said James as he knew that the moment he was back home, he'll never see daylight again.
"Oh could you stay a bit longer? I want to see how you kids have been" said Mrs. Weasley. "I don't know... I mean, it's the holidays, we wouldn't want to intrude longer than we should". Replied Hermione. "Maybe an hour more? Please?" Asked Hugo looking towards his momma.
Hermione, slowly giving in now at peace of knowing both her kids were safe with her, looked towards Harry and Draco. Sighing Draco answered, "Fine. As long as the headmaster doesn't mind." Dumbledore just shook his head no.
"Well I don't feel like wasting my time with you any longer, I shall take my leave" Snape said while walking towards Dumbledore for him to perform the spell on him. "Wait!" Said Draco going after him.
"Yes?" Asked Snape with an eyebrow raised. However, he didn't get a verbal reply right away. Draco launched himself at him and engulfed him in a bear hug. "Thank you" the blonde whispered to him. Eventually Snape awkwardly patted him back and they soon let go. "Sorry. Spent too many years with the Weasleys" said the blonde.
"Oh shut up! You love it" said Ron receiving a glare from the blonde man.
Soon Snape was before the fireplace while Dumbledore was getting out his wand. Before the headmaster could finish the spell, 2019 Harry ran towards Snape and hugged him before quickly letting go and running like hell before he got hexed or something of the like. Snape couldn't do anything because the spell hit him and soon forgot what just happened.
At this point, nobody verbally questioned it. They then decided to sit down.
"Oh! Uncle Harry!" Spoke the brunette girl. "Yes Rose?" Older Harry responded while young Harry turned towards her after hearing his name but felt out of place.
"You were a really good seeker!" She exclaimed. Soon the other kids followed in agreement. "Yeah! Sure crushed James' pride Dad!" Said a laughing Scorpius. James smacked him and gave a small "Shut up". Older Harry just looked confused.
"You—he pointed at young Harry— played quidditch against the kids earlier" said Ron who was now settled with HIS Hermione and Hugo.
"Oh! Yeah I've always been great, was there a doubt?!" Said the man making a few role their eyes at his confidence.
"Even better then uncle Draco?" Asked Frank. He's never actually asked so he was curious. Harry just smiled "of course!"
"Oh stop gloating Harry. I'm already aggravated at you and your sense of direction, don't push it" warned the blonde. The raven haired man, while white-eyed, closed his mouth and pretended to sip it close and locked it.
"So Harry, you're a DADA professor. Did I influence you in a way?" Asked Remus. "MMM MMM MM M" Harry pretended to try to speak but was prevented by his shut lips. He then helplessly gestured towards his 'locked' lips. Draco just glared at him then pretended to open the lock and Harry spoke again. "Well kind of. I've always loved DADA". "Dork" mumbled Draco in the background. Everyone else looked at their odd display.
"Well. Somethings been on my mind for a while" said George. "Same here George. Just how did you get a time turner little Rose?" The twins turned to the girl. "I would like to know too. You never told me about a turner" said Hermione with a demanding mom voice. "Well, my schedule was clashing for a few classes and instead of taking them the following year, headmistress gave me a time turner to be able to attend all my classes. And I told dad about it!" Replied the small girl.
"Ronald!"
"Well you did it as a kid and Rose is smart like you! I was sure she'd be alright!"
"I'm still her mother! I had the right to know and clearly it didn't turn out alright"
"Technically, mom. I was using it safely. James is the one that messed us all up". Butted in Rose.
"I wasn't the only one! ALSO! I didn't even know what it was! Who takes a time turner into someone else's house anyways?" James shot back.
"I forgot it was in my pocket! YOU had no right to touch my things!"
"It was revenge! You told on me to the Headmistress before the holidays!"
"Yeah well—"
"SHUT IT" yelled Teddy over the two
"She started it!"
"Nah ah!"
"James!"
"But Teddy—!"
"Shush!" Teddy's hair was now turning an alarming red. The two teens mumbled incoherent phrases under their breath but stopped fighting.
"They're always getting into fights" said Lily towards the younger version of her family. "We don't fight all the time" protested Rose.
"Oh please. You're not even in the same year but you're always at each other's neck" said Roxanne with a roll of her eyes.
"Well it's because she's so bossy" added James sending scowl Rose's way.
"Well it's your fault for being such a pain!"
"What! You're the one—"
"Here we go again" said Freddy while Albus nodded in agreement.
"Both of you! Stop it!" Yelled Teddy once again, effectively shutting up both teens.
"Well... what are your plans for the future? Victoire? You currently working under the ministry or something?" asked Bill looking towards his future daughter both interested and wanting to lighten the mood. The blonde shook her head. "I'm a writer. I'm currently working on the third book of my saga, Teddy's actually be a great help with working out the plot." Teddy went a bit pink when Victoire hugged him after mentioning his collaboration. Bill's eyebrow rose but didn't mention it. "Ah. That sounds great! I'm guessing you get that trait from your mother, I've never been a big fan of writing." Everyone chuckled in agreement.
"Anyone else has a guess on what they want to do? May just a hobby? Anyone interested in muggle inventions?" asked Mr. Weasley with slight hope one of his grandchildren would like the same thing he does.
Albus and Roxanne raised their hands. "They're cool. Just the other day we went with gramps to a muggle medieval and renaissance museum!" said Albus with excitement clear on his voice. "Yeah! You were fascinated with the enlightenment period section, gramps!" said Roxanne with equal excitement. Arthur smiled widely at knowing he had grand kids that shared his passion.
"What about you, little Fred?" asked George looking at the red-haired boy that looked so much like himself a few years back but with shorter hair. "Oh you know! Somebodies gonna have to take over the business when you and uncle Fred are too old to walk and wrinkly all over. Which isn't that far from now! You're like 80!" cockily replied Freddy.
"Freddy! That was rude!" nagged Rose and smacked him upside the head.
"OWw! Now that was rude!"
"Oh shush, you were being a git".
"Um.." said Frank trying to get everyone's attention and spoke again once he did. "I hoping to work with magical creatures!" he said excitedly with a toothy smile.
Young Harry then noticed the necklace with a cork around the boy's neck. Just like Luna's, he thought. "Frank. Do you see things, like Luna? Like the things she sees in my head- what are they called?.."
"Wrackspurts?" Frank filled in. "Yes!" said young Harry. "Yes but I need to use the spectrespecs to see them. Your heads usually full of them uncle Harry." The 1995 habitants looked at Frank oddly, not sure if to believe him or not.
"What about Nargles?" asked young Hermione. "Oh! those I can see easily. Little thieves." huffed the boy in annoyance. Young Harry just smiled. He was just like his mother. "right..."
"Anyone else?"
The others just replied with 'I'm not sure yet', 'I don't know', and 'we'll see'.
By now Mrs. Weasley had given out some cake for everyone to eat as a snack, along with hot chocolate and pumpkin juice.
"Wait, so. Bill has three kids. Professor Lupin has one. Charlie, Percy, and Fred have none. George has two. Ron and Hermione have two. Luna has one. And Harry and Malfoy have four. Four. How the hell you guys got four kids?!" Asked Ginny while eating her cake.
"You know. Sometimes I ask myself how we decided to have another after James" said Draco.
"Hey!"
"Can you blame him?" Said Teddy with a smirk.
"I must say, James certainly has a lot of.... personality." Said Hermione. "Still remember that one time James tried to fly from the stairs" she continued.
"Merlin! I remember that! Draco wouldn't let James take off his helmet for a month!" Laughed Victoire.
"What? I don't remember that!" Said a slightly confused James who was enjoying his pumpkin juice.
"Well, you were little. Draco was out on call and Harry was supposed to look after you. But, Draco asked me to go check on you guys and when I arrived home I found a passed out Harry and little you at the top of the stairs jumping off. Gave quite the scare" said Hermione looking a bit dazed while reliving the memory.
"Oh"
"Yeah"
"I can tell James is quite the troublemaker like his grandfather and dad, and I can only imagine how he was as a kid. So how did you end up with more kids?" Asked Sirius now curious. He knew Harry wanted a big family in the future but he never thought of a Malfoy to be very fond of children.
"That's actually a funny story" said Harry.
"Oh please don't" pleaded James.
"He actually asked for us!" "Even if he denies it!" Said Albus and Scorpius with teasing tones and smiles.
"Wow James. Didn't know you were so loving" said Freddy only to get a punch in the arm by James and a 'shut up'.
"What do you mean?" Asked Arthur referring to what the twins said.
"Well. The kids were formed through a potion that—" started Harry until Draco cut him off. "Already told them about the potion"
"Oh, okay. Um. Well, James had seen a pregnant Hermione and asked while her and I were out. Later he asked how he came to be and I kinda told him he one day just showed up on the cauldron him papa holds so dear".
"Worst way to explain by the way" added Hermione.
Harry continued, "Anyway. Later that night when Draco and I were asleep we hear noises coming from Draco's office. And we were surprised by a James on the floor staring at one of the cauldrons and checking the inside every few seconds."
"Aww" said young Hermione seeing what most likely had happened.
"When we asked him what he doing he said 'I'm waiting for my brother to pop up!'. Then we noticed he was sitting in front of the cauldron we used for him to be born."
"Doesn't Draco still keep it?" Asked Hermione. Draco replied like it was obvious, "Of course I do! All my kids were created in it. I even used spells to keep it good as new".
"So did you guys make two batches or something? After all you have both Albus and Scorpius" asked Ginny curious.
"Ha, no. Actually we didn't know how the potion would work a second time. For a while we were afraid we'd get an exact copy of James."
"Thankfully it didn't. That would be awesome but weird" added James.
"Well we actually ended up with these two born from the same potion/cauldron. We didn't know it could make twins."
"Lily is here because we wanted another one and although we expected another boy because of the previous three, we are so glad we got this princess here" said Draco while holding a now squealing Lily.
"Wow.. I see" nodded Sirius, he wasn't sure what he expected to hear but that wasn't it.
"Yep"
"I'm still can't believe Harry marries that git Malfoy" half whispered young Ron.
"You'll get used to it" replied his older self.
By now everyone had finished their snack and Hermione looked out the window and saw the darkening sky.
"Well... I think it's time we get going" Hermione stated while standing up from her seat with Hugo in her arms.
"I guess we do have to say goodbye. We have our own holiday to celebrate and you guys have yours" replied Victoire.
The kids and adults all started hugging each other goodbye.
Teddy and Remus hugged before teddy said, "I'll see you home dad. Hopefully you and Sirius didn't eat all the chocolate chip cookies".
Then, Draco went to hug young Harry making the boy highly uncomfortable. "Um. What are you doing?" Asked older Harry while eyeing his husband. "I'm hugging young you"
"Yeah, I can see that. Why though"
"Because you look so adorable right now". He replied but Harry just rolled his eyes.
"It's been fun but now we much return" said Ron taking a serious tone.
"Bye! See you during Christmas!"
"Take care"
"Don't forget to create me"
"Eww"
"Wait!" Said Roxanne
"What's wrong, Roxy?"
"Let's take a picture real quick!"
"None of us have cameras" said Arthur
"No problem! I got my cellphone!" She said quickly.
"What's a shell foam for?" Asked young Harry.
"BWUAHAHAHAHA. Not 'shell foam!' Cellphone!" Laughed the red head while showing her smartphone to them.
"Now! Gather around." They did as told while she used a spell to raise her phone and take the shot.
After several shots with silly faces, weird poses and constant nagging for being too immature to take a proper photo, they were finished.
"Done!"
Afterwards, the kids gathered their brooms and equipment and started to all stand in a circle. Holding each other while Hermione turned the time turner to get them home.
"Goodbye!" Everyone said before a white light shone and soon they were gone.
They stood in silence until Dumbledore spoke. "Now. I must perform the memory charm on all of us".
"Can't we keep our memories? We won't do anything to change the past!" Said Ginny. Although none of them were her children she would still like to remember them.
"I'm sorry Ms. Weasley, but I must ensure we don't affect the future". With that nobody else protested and the headmaster started performing the spell on everyone except himself. "Obliviate".
After the spell everyone started looking a bit disoriented.
"Why are we all here?"
"Headmaster?"
"Why are there so many chairs?"
"And plates! I'm not washing that!"
"Everyone. We had some guests from the future, they have left now however. It is currently December 24th."
"Why were they here?"
"An accident. Now, I must take my leave. There's someone else I must obliviate and then do so myself. Have a great rest of your holidays. I'll see you kids at school." And with that he stepped into the floo and left everyone confused.
"Well let's get cleaning then!" Said Mrs. Weasley recovering groans from the teens.
"Why could they pick the plates before they left"
"Yeah!"
"Oh shush"
While picking up the stuff, Ron found something odd.
"Mom? Why is there a green Weasley sweater with a 'D' on the front?" He asked highly confused. Everyone stopped what they where doing and looked at the sweater.
"Could it be from one of the future visitors?" Asked Ginny.
"Why green though?"
"Brings out their eyes?"
"Mm. Weird" and they carried on.
2019
"Hey? Has anyone seen my sweater?"
