I think it's great to have an insight on how the OTW came to be and all the challenges it faced to get where it is. There's obviously always room for improvement and growth, but even getting so far is such a huge achievement. Thanks for giving us the Archive, for everything else you've done for fandom in the last decade, and for all of your hard work!
