    I don't feel bad at all. To be honest, with each generation there seem to be fewer games I care about. For the record, my very first was the original Super Mario Brothers on Christmas 1987.

    Oh, been meaning to ask, what made you pick Alisa for Rean's girl? Not criticizing by any means, eye of the beholder and all that, but I am curious.

      Idk probably due to fact when I first played it was hinted that she had a crush on rean

        For me, it needs more than that. I was convinced Laura was the best as early as Celdic, when she asked Rean if he liked the path of the sword (thus the title of this story).

              Ya since duvalie actually joined reans group in the final game weird how she had that glow like the rest of class 7 when she wasn't part of the group

                Duvalie at least is funny, though I don't buy what she's able to pull in the Infernal Castle. She should have been barely able to move.

                    I've no objection to her becoming an ally. My problem here is way too many cases of either outright unwinnable boss fights or fights you think you've won only for it to turn out to be a failure after all. I cite Rufus in the notes for the first chapter, another example is Crow in the Heimdallr catacombs. I do not buy him being able to solo Rean, Laura, and Fie simultaneously, especially since he does clearly lose a mere two months later.

                        Now, there are a couple I don't mind. McBurn, for example, at least in his debut, seeing as the guy's outright haxx. Then there's the impromptu boss fight against Sara when Jusis and Machias are being idiots, and of course Rean's duel with Viscount Arseid.

                              I prefer machias and Emma idk why but some reason those two seem more of a fit gauis ended up with linde I think canon wise Elliot ended up with mint.

                                    Elliot and Fie just seem to click for me. I'm well aware of Millium's attachment to Jusis; trouble is she's a perpetual loli, which makes it just a little too creepy.
