Comment on The Parents, The Best Friend, and The Dinner Party from Hell

  1. Oooooh this was so DARLING and touches on some of my favorite messy dynamics with our silly little AU OOOUGH!! ;___; <3 Firstly Chakotay the whole time is sooo cute and I love that he's equally as teasey with his wife as Jace is with her friend, those two need it! That little convo of them saying girlies need hobbies and Chakotay eyeballing Kathryn hahaha GET HER. Omggg and Liam's little entrance such a TREAT for me hahaha WHENEVER HE APPEARS HE'S THE LIL RARE EEBY DEEBY I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. <3 That lil interaction between him and Chakotay had me CURDLING so cute. I looooved that little moment of Philippa watching Liam with their parents BIG OOF MOMENT. And later when she's asking him what he was doing WHATEVERRR PUMPKIIIINS. <3 AND AND Kathryn and Chakotay still being overprotective of their heckin baby STOOOOP I love that so much. :''') THE LITTLE AMELIA TIFF AT THE END IS SO MEATY UUUUGH. Like thats an area of their relationship I hecking LOVE to chew on where Kathryn's a little blind to what her excelling daughter actually needs and Philippa seeing that her sister is struggling because of it but also being a little stubborn and needy for that mom attention and not getting it to the same degree Amelia does and NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF COURSE. 3 This was such a delight to read OOGGHUHG IM CHEWING IT REPEATEDLY.

    1. AHHHHHHHHH GLAD YOU LIKED THE STORY!!!!!!! Gosh yeah, I liked the difference between liam's interactions with his parents vs. Peppa. Its so fun to be inside Peppa's head because you can make some of her fears come true to her even if they are not true in reality. Really fun to write from her POV. I also love FAMILY THAT DOESN'T TALK and the fallout of that!!!! It all hurts so much for all of them and it could very much be solved with a few conversations but WE DON'T DO THAT HERE so more pain!!!! Thanks for letting me play around with your characters it's ALWAYS A HECKING DELIGHT
