I must say there were a few times in other stories where I would read a line and ask myself “is that a B5 reference” they were always subtle enough that I thought it was just a coincidence. Not anymore!

Honestly, they're both great characters, but Bester's so beautifully written, wonderfully complex, and fantastically multi-layered that it's really not a contest.
