I fear this is hurt no comfort heading directly towards the most devastating ending I can write up, with a very dead Lucy. That said, if a sad ending is a deal breaker for you I highly recommend the Nalu week 2025 tag for some really cute one shots! I have some sad and happy submissions for Nalu week myself haha. I hope you enjoy some of those! there's so much fluff and happiness in that tag, it's wonderfully fun!
