"Post-action tacos?” Tony suggested. “I’m thinking that place by Fordham. BattleBot, you in?”
“Can’t,” the Soldier said, typing something into his phone. “I have a date.”
Tony stopped talking for an entire three seconds. “You. Have a date.”
The Soldier looked up and blinked, clearly nonplussed to find Sam and Tony both staring at him. “Yes.”
“With who?”
“My boyfriend.”
“You have a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend?” Tony looked like he’d just walked into a lamppost, and then the lamppost had handed him a birthday present.

Steve blinked. “You read my thesis?”
“And your graduate seminar papers. Your earlier work has proven more difficult to obtain, since your undergraduate university’s institutional repository doesn’t archive most student papers, but we’ve reached out to your professors. I’m optimistic that some of them will have kept their own records.” Coulson’s face had the slow-dawning horror of a man who hears what he’s saying, but can’t make himself stop.

Summary
"What," Bucky said, and opened his eyes.
He was in an ambulance, but the engine was off. He was on a gurney but not hooked up to any leads or IVs. Wilson and Romanova were sitting on either side of him with playing cards in their hands. Judging by the cards scattered over his blanket-covered chest, they'd been using his unconscious body as a discard pile.
"Hey man, good to have you back. Got any threes?" Wilson said to Romanova, then sighed as she shook her head.
