"Wen Qing, perhaps we could begin with an anatomy lesson?” Jiang Yanli dipped her head, feeling the flush spreading across her cheeks and neck at her daring.
Wen Qing caught her fingers and tugged slightly, drawing her closer. “Is there an area you had in mind?” Her voice was soft, almost amused, and Jiang Yanli shivered. Then Wen Qing’s thumb brushed across her knuckles, and Wen Qing added: “Perhaps... somewhere best discussed only in private?”
Jiang Yanli shivered and clenched Wen Qing’s hand, the region in question burning hot at the idea of such combined attention. “I—I wouldn’t have been so forward,” she managed to say, lifting her eyes to meet Wen Qing’s and swallowing at the dark intensity in them. “But— You are the expert, and I—I am not opposed to such a lesson.”
