Summary

Tokio was convinced that her daughter had secured a brilliant future for herself when the douchecanoe she had for a homeroom teacher decided to screw everything up and expel the whole class on a whim.
It was only logical that Shouta Aizawa didn't come out unscathed when he showed up at the café where Tokio worked.
Things only went downhill from then.

Tokio found out about the USJ attack through the news.
“He’s stable,” Tokio replied in a steady voice, because it was all she knew for sure, and as much as she wanted to put her daughter at ease, she didn’t want to lie to her. “We’ll see how he feels when he wakes up.”
“Mom…” Kanade breathed out. “Are you sure you don’t want me to go?”
“No way. You have school tomorrow and they only allow one visitor in the room.”
