“Your what?”
“Like in the movies? When somebody’s hacking into the Pentagon, and then they crack the firewall or whatever and they’re like I’m in?”

The doorbell goes off at the most inopportune time Mèng Yáo could have possibly imagined, short of actively being in the middle of penetrative sex.
Huan-ge stops right in the middle of the poem he is reading aloud from the now very battered and well-loved book Mèng Yáo had given him for his eighteenth birthday. “Ah...”
Mèng Yáo sighs and sinks lower in the bubble bath. “I take it by your expression that either you ordered me another birthday gift that you forgot about until just now, or that we are being interrupted.”
