"Makes no sense that they've been living together this long and they've never checked. The blond one is meant to be obsessed with finding his soulmate, yeah, he's going out all the time looking, but he's never even asked his own flatmate?"
"Because he's got some fucking respect for personal boundaries," Roy growls. "The other one doesn't want to check, so he doesn't fucking pester him about it."
"But he don't know that! It's not pestering to ask once, he never even asks. I reckon the other bloke would've done it, he don't seem like the sort of bastard who'd keep his soulmate waiting just to be a dick." Jamie shoots Roy a pointed glare.
"Can we rewind a minute, please?" Dani asks, which is the Dani version of "shut the fuck up."
