Summary
The oldest culture in the galaxy, was one without words. It was a culture mixed with the beliefs of a thousand worlds and millions of races. A culture of pain filled eyes, and trembling hands.
Blue eyes were just about to pass over the imposing character, when a flash of red made him pause. There, several steps to the left and half hidden behind the Chancellor, was a boy.
Roughly around his age, though much shorter, the flash of red had been the other’s curly hair. Though now that Anakin was paying closer attention, he realized it was actually more of a strawberry blonde than true red. The strands catching the artificial light of Coruscant’s sun.
Or, Anakin is intrigued by a cute boy.
Qui-Gon is an oblivious moron.
Chancellor Valorum deserved better, and managed to save his chancellorship with help from his brilliant aide.
And Obi-Wan gets the family he always deserved.

Big luminous eyes glanced up, starlight glimmering in their depths and soft, pink lips that resembled the bud of a flower curled into a small bemused smile. Ani felt his stomach flop in response, especially at the faint flicker of surprise and curiosity that echoed in the Force.
There was an inquisitive tug on his bond with Master Jinn, but he ignored it.
Constellations painted across pale skin highlighted by the pale green sweater they wore, made their eyes shine even prettier and Anakin couldn’t help the bright blush that worked its way across his cheeks.
There was an angel sitting in front of him.
Or on a routine mission to the Senate, Ani stumbles upon an Angel and learns more about Republic Policy than he’d ever thought he’d want to know.
A senator accidentally gains a kiffar shadow.

SENATOR OF MELIDAAN MAKES A NAME FOR THEMSELVES IN PERMACRETE
Just months after the historic arrival of Melidaan’s senate delegation following a century of isolation, Senator Ben Young has quickly made a name for himself. Having charmed even the most intransigent of his colleagues with his thoughtful approach to issues and his quiet grace, the scarred darling has brought light to one of the galaxy’s most vital issues.
“The stability of our infrastructure and housing remains essential to the continued wellbeing of our citizens,” Senator Young remarked, fresh from a closed door session for the Committee on the Transportation of Construction Materials. “Permacrete is at the heart of that stability. If we cannot secure the transportation of such an important material, how then can we ensure the safety of our people?”
Melidaan, which had recently been plagued by civil-war, has noticeably suffered from their lack of access to reliable building materials. With the spotlight Senator Young has shown on his home planet, questions around their sudden emergence into the galactic arena persist. Why have they decided to return?
