Summary
Her puppet's jointed limbs, twisted by the unseen strings of great expectations, the audience's gushing idolatry for Madame Bella, and her passion to the virtue of dramaturgical performance, swaying in gracile steps on each velvety scarlet stairway. Her beauteous performance tonight brought tears to the sinuous eyes of the gentleman who was beholding the leading actress rehearsing under the crimson draperies and golden lights.
Soon, whilst the fleeting moonlit becometh lonesome gloom in midnight, his shadowy figure is always peering at her performances from the VIP seat on the second floor, admiring Madame Bella whilst a satisfied smile pictured in his sly lips.
"Are you here, then, to compel me to repent the price of your spotlight, which has shaped me into the perfect marionette?"
"No, Madame. I’m here to save you.”
"...but beauty must broken daily to remain beautiful..."
