  Summary

  The Merge has thrown the world into chaos, inmates from high security prisons have broken free. Harumi has been displaced by the Merge and has ended up in the City of Imperium. There she is tasked with helping Imperium find the Dragon Masks by Empress Beatrix. Along the way, Harumi reestablishes connections with allies thought to be dead, and a budding romance forms between Harumi and Beatrix.
