Suzumura Yu is unexpectedly isekai'd into the strange world of Twisted-Wonderland!

Once she came to, Yu realized, rather abruptly, that she couldn't see at all. She was leaning back inside of something, as evidenced by the tangible cushion directly ahead when she'd tried to reach out, but she also didn't feel the epaulets on her shoulders digging into her shoulders as they normally did after dress rehearsal.
She was... fairly certain... that she'd run out of the dance studio with no regard for returning her standard costume, which wasn't exactly something that she was proud of, but regardless of just how much Rui would chew her out later, Yu had been in a hurry. Now, though, she was surrounded by a fabric that felt velvety, plush, and slightly loose-fitting, a welcome change from her main costume.
Just what on earth was going on?!

Outside, the city’s lights shimmer faintly. Hoshimi City, from the high floor of the hospital, looks almost like it’s underwater. Sakura wonders, briefly, if people down there are laughing right now. If they’re rehearsing dance steps, or holding glowsticks, or chatting as they make their way home with someone they care about. She wonders if the kids on the street are heading to a ramen shop, or talking about Gyogyoto's newest TV appearance, or walking to karaoke with their friends, ready to perform a Dorikyun song. She wonders if they're happy.
She wonders if, in their shoes, she would be happy.
