Dream's doing his best to recover quickly from what happened to him. Techno was doing his best to help him. Dream wasn't sure if that was because Techno didn't want him around or not. Dream didn't want to be a burden. Techno always said that he wasn't a burden and that he was safe. Dream never believed that.
