Summary
The Scholomance was designed to be a safe haven and school for the magic-gifted children of the world. In practice, it's more like a 4-year prison sentence with a survival rate of 25%. A rate tilted distinctly in favor of enclave kids like Glimmer, Frosta and Mermista, and against "indie" kids from outside the enclaves.
That's never mattered to indie losers Catra and Adora; they have each other's backs, and that's all they've ever needed. Until Adora saves a bunch of enclave kids, just like Shadow Weaver always told her not to, and suddenly she’s adopted into an enclave. Leaving Catra behind.
