Scar doesn't say anything further, just looking at Grian with happiness, adoration, and… love.

Lizzie tilted her head, gesturing for Scar to elaborate, “I messed up, Lizzie. During a game of Monopoly I…kinda betrayed him.” Scar confessed his guilty crimes.
Lizzie enthusiastically gasped, “No you didn't…” Scar nodded. “That's his favourite game!”
“I know.”
“Oh my gosh.”
“What do I do?!”
Her flabbergasted expression shifted into something more…mischievous. “I know exactly what you need to do.”
Scar was fully focused now.
“There's this book, by the Mayor of Animalia; ‘The Key to a Happy Marriage’ , I have a copy back at home — I can bring it to you — if you'd like.”

"I'm sorry, Grian," Scar muttered between kisses. "I'm really really sorry."
To Grian's dismay, everything crashed back down to him like a slap. He tensed as he recalled everything, though the warm affection eased everything down just a bit.
Scar pulled back to properly look at Grian, who almost wanted to avoid his gaze. "If only I'd known," Scar took Grian's hand, kissing it affectionately. "I promise, I would have never."
"I mean it, G. I would never intentionally make you feel that way."
"I'm sorry too," Grian finally spoke. "If only I told you from the very beginning," he sighed. "We wouldn't be in this situation... I'm sorry..."
Scar's lips were now on Grian's cheeks. Tender, long kisses peppered on every inch of his face except his lips. Just not yet.
"To make it up to you," Scar started. "What do you think about baking up our own Christmas feast and cuddling in the living room near the Christmas tree?"
Grian's face lit up with excitement and joy, "I'd love nothing more."
