He placed one clawed hand on Jason’s shoulder, his thumb wrapping around to the small of his neck. He put all the pressure of the touch in his palm, careful not to let the clawed nails at the ends of his fingers dig into Jason’s skin.
Jason leaned back into the touch, letting the curved claw on Waylon’s thumb ever so slightly poke into his skin. Not enough to break it- but the sharpness was a good reminder, tying him to reality, not letting him fade into his own mind.
The clippers pushed into his scalp, the light pressure combined with the electric buzz feeling like a massage. Waylon pushed his head forward, using the thumb at the base of his skull to guide him.
