The door in the tree should not exist. Summary
After the Hale Fire, Laura and Derek, along with Cora, steal comatose Peter out of the hospital. Laura gives up the alpha spark to bring Peter back. But a pack, even the mighty Hales, can only survive so long without an alpha. Derek had always known that he was to be trained for a marriage alliance with another pack, and he will do whatever it takes to keep his family safe.
