   Summary

   After a ghost takes a joyride through Gotham, Jason Todd is tasked by Batman to investigate the strange happenings in the town of Amity Park--and locate it's "hero" if possible. What and who he finds is like nothing he would ever have expected...

   In the aftermath of Jason's discovery, Batman takes Jason's discoveries to the Justice League. There is too much at stake to leave this alone. Lives hang in the balance now. It is time for the Justice League to act.
