Rex blinked, because Cody was speaking Mando’a, which meant Wooley had done a double take but Anakin hadn’t even looked up from the holoscreen.
Obi-Wan goes undercover. Cody takes some calls. These two facts are absolutely not related.

Lord Vader stands before Cody with a ruined body and asks him between puffing, hissing breaths, how he has found the latest therapy.
Cody explodes.
Never before did he realize how hopeful he was that he would soon die. Never before has he felt so helpless. The only natural process he could depend on has been snatched from his fingers. He is again a young man. His accelerated aging factor has been ‘cured.’

Master Dooku is gesturing at Qui asking why the remains of some long-perished vermin is parked in the middle of the caf table, but Qui cannot explain through gestures alone that this is a creative hobby, not a red flag.
“A windchime,” Xana says tightly.
Obi-Wan peers at the table for a long time.
“Out of those?” he asks, pointing at the bones.
(Xanatos comes home and Qui-Gon ends up with two padawans at the same time at wildly different stages of life. The lineage comes together to try to help both get settled, and of course it can't be straightforward.)

Summary
Feemor bows his head in gratitude and hurries down to see Qui-Gon in the halls of Healing. He has been trapped in an oxygen mask there and has been assigned a healer to loom over him, should the thought of escape pass through his mind. He asks Feemor if he would be so kind as to look after Obi-Wan for him for the week that he has been assigned to remain in the hall for.
Feemor only vibrates in place a little bit.“Of course, Master,” he says. “Don’t you worry one bit. Where is he?”
“Excellent question,” Master Qui-Gon says. “Start with that and follow your nose.”
(Obi-Wan gets to spend some time with his big brother Feemor and they learn about the struggles of being both padawan and master.)
