    With no Land Bootcamp, the Fish Mafia has to find their own way to make it on the surface before they can attend NRC. When a sweet governess on her way to her next post literally falls into their path, it starts a chain reaction that warps all of their plans, slowly but surely. But, they may begrudgingly admit, perhaps, for the better. It's a long and twisted road, but at the end, perhaps they made something better than just a world-conquering mafia. They've made a family - together.
