Summary
It began, as Targaryen stories so often do, with dreams.
Alyssa Targaryen, daughter of Prince Maekar Targaryen, carries the blood of dragons and Dreamers in her veins. She, too, dreams. Of fire. Of blood. Of a destiny that cannot be changed.
She never questioned it. This was simply how things were meant to be.
Until she fell in love with the man she was never meant to love, and chose the man she had no right to choose.
And then Alyssa decided to fight fate.
For love. For the right to make her own choices. For a happiness that, however fragile, would be hers alone.
Because Baelor Targaryen was worth everything.
And their love was worth everything.
