Summary
After the Land of Waves mission the Third Hokage is approached by the Elder Council to take measures to secure the bloodline of the sharingan and create backup Jinchuriki for the Nine Tailed Fox. Fearing that the council will take drastic action the Hokage has come up with a plan to expand the Uzumaki and Uchiha clans. Though whether Naruto or Sasuke will agree to it is another matter.
