You can never relax. You don’t have time to yourself, and if you do, you soon wouldn't live up to your title.
Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that Sung Jinwoo rubs Satoru the exact wrong way, Satoru might be relieved at his appearance. He has much more free time, with which he admittedly finds himself at a loss for what to do with, adrift even, as he wanders uselessly about. He doesn’t have to worry about the higher ups as often. If it were anyone else, Satoru would be glad. And if it weren’t for Jinwoo’s appearance so soon after Suguru, he probably wouldn’t find the situation so appalling.

sung jinwoo ends up in jjk-verse. this means that gojo satoru is no longer the Strongest. this is him trying to cope with that, and getting a little distracted...
