Summary
The hand in his escaped Yoshiki’s grasp. Hikaru looked at the places where their hands touched with a strange look in his eyes.
“Why were you holding my hand?” Came the next words. It sent Yoshiki’s mind reeling. Had he misunderstood?
“When did you cut your hair?” Hikaru’s voice echoed through the empty room.
Yoshiki felt his heart stop. All was still as he met Hikaru’s eyes and realized with that same certainty he’d felt all those months ago. It was that same chill that he never thought he’d feel again. The feeling of what you thought you knew being stolen away while you weren’t watching.
Tanaka was right.
The world really had turned upside down.
Hikaru Indou was alive again.

Summary
“Kunikida is taking a day off?” he asked as casually as he could.
Ranpo had just opened a new bag of chips. He gave Dazai a confused look, “Yeah?”
Thousands of possibilities flew through Dazai’s mind. Was Kunikida feeling ill? No, even if Kunikida contracted a terminal illness he’d find a way to work thrice as hard to compensate.
“Why?” He couldn’t help but ask. This was a monumental event.
Ranpo raised an eyebrow as he finished chewing a large bite of chips. “He’s going fishing,” he said through a full mouth.
Dazai fell out of his chair.
