    Summary

Natsuki Subaru finds himself on his deathbed from old age, having accomplished most of his objectives. Despite Echidna breaking the contract halfway through. Despite Beatrice never leaving the fake Library he had built her. Despite Emilia depending on him for every question. Despite…dozens, hundreds of defeats. The world had been saved, yes. The people of Lugunica lived better lives. No one starved nor went without house, food or water. But the people whom he had done that for, his camp, his friends, had all faltered to a bad ending.

And his kingdom, indeed it was his for Emilia would not be able to rule, was doomed to fall after his death. The nobility, having managed to find no moral allies there, was against him. The populace, under the rumour of him having the seven Witches Factor, would cheer his death…

Oh, look, he was wrong again. Beatrice had left the Library.

    Summary

It is the 42nd Millennium. For more than a hundred centuries the Emperor of Mankind has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Terra. His Imperium spans the galaxy, yet it has been split in two by the Forces of Chaos after the Fall of Cadia and the opening of the Cicatrix Maledictum. Yet, with the tear in reality, opened by the malevolence of the four Dark Gods, something unexpected emerged into this reality. Something not within the plans of any player of the Great Game.

An ordinary man, born in another time and another place, emerges in the depths of a Hive World. Not as himself, but as a single spore of the most horrific of parasites.

The Flood has come to Warhammer 40k.

    Summary

What would you do in the villain’s place?

An adult consciousness wakes in the body of three-year-old Joffrey Baratheon. He's armed with foreknowledge and a lifetime's worth of experience… and it is not enough. He is still Cersei's son, still Robert's "heir," and still sitting on a secret that could kill him and everyone he loves. And the more he builds to protect himself, the more he has to lose. This is a story about governance and grief, about the cost of necessary choices, and about what it means to love people who have the power to destroy you.

It is also, somewhat accidentally, the tale of how King Joffrey I Baratheon completely revolutionized the Westerosi shipbuilding industry, and with it altered the balance of power across the entire known world.

    Summary

Having accumulated great karmic merit in the course of his previous lives, the being now known as Natsuki Subaru, a miserable, 16 year old shut-in, fortuitously receives the opportunity to hear and study the Dharma under a discerning vajrācārya.

When our protagonist appears in Lugunica around two years later, his demeanour consequently deviates rather starkly from the predictions contained within a certain Book of Wisdom.

But aside from the baldness and the weird esoteric magic, to what degree has the Buddhist priesthood changed Subaru, and how much will he change still?
