Summary
Eren has been known for complaining, it’s even a joke by his mother that he’s the exact opposite of his older brother. The sibling who apparently at his age was nothing but quiet and refused to talk to most people. Zeke denies such tales, his voice pronouncing some of the words in an accent Eren can never place and doesn’t say much more on the topic. In a way, it almost seems like his older brother is afraid to talk about it, and their father isn’t much help either.
He always wonders what it is that he’s not allowed to know.

Eren knows Zeke has his secrets. If only Eren knew what they were.

“Reach Shiganshina. Single handedly.”

Eren thinks he can reach Shinganshina single handy. Jean thinks he’s stupid. Eren being Eren, he manages to persuade everyone else this is a good idea. Eren also thinks this a good idea, until he gets to the basement, that is.
