Summary
Kusuke is invited to a family type of event held in London for the upper crust of society, and decides to drag his little brother along with him to show him off. Kusuo is bribed into going with coffee jelly and a new set of less noticeable limiters, and doesn't realize until they're at the event that the Saiko family will be there. Saiko Metori, the heir of the family, realizes that one of his supposedly pleb classmates is there, and that he came with the renowned genius, Kusuke Saiki. Shenanigans ensue.
