“Cheerio, Bert!” she cried to the silent night of a sleeping city. The wind carried her away, carrying with her the sweet symphony she echoed.

Unfortunately had to bend canon a little bit (a lotta bit), so consider this a sort of rewrite of the scene after intermission.
