Summary
Owning a territory is an Alpha's most desired dream. To have a pack as your own family and a territory and Omegas to defend is what all Alphas seek. For Mika, it was what he born and bred to do. However, being young, challenges to his claim are becoming far more frequent and if he doesn't find himself an Omega to claim, turf wars will only increase till he's brought down. A rival pack Alpha, an Alpha he and his predecessor have been unable to best, offers Mika a solution. A peace treaty of sorts. Combine the territories and have a stronger defense against other Alphas as long as he mates an Omega from his rival's pack so that any resulting heirs would be the sole heir to the territories. Peace treaties are rare and as much as Mika wants to prove his independence and strength, he knows this isn't a deal he should pass up. But mating an Omega is a stepping stone he can't overcome and he doesn't want to admit but it terrifies him far more than standing alone against all the Alphas of Baulder City. What's worse is, his offered Omega refuses to submit to him and if they don't mate, he can kiss his territory good bye.
