Seems like a waste of time doing that now.” He shrugs and crosses his arms, levels Kyle with a look from head to toe, cataloging the tension in his shoulders, the bags underneath his eyes, the disheveled hair and light bruises peeking from under his clothes, the slight bend in his spine and the muted but pained grin clipped to his lips. “You look like shit,” he points out, the fastest way to gauge his mood.
