    Summary

She came to Gardiner & Associates to prove herself. He told her, on day one, that she was probably there because of her uncle. He also mentioned attending Oxford. She has not forgiven either.
Tom Hayward is brilliant, obsessive, completely lacking a filter, and - inconveniently - one of the most rigorous people Mary has ever met. They're co-counsel on the same case. It's going to be a long few months.

    Summary

Mary needs to start fresh. A new life with a new job at a new school, teaching her favourite subject: history.
