“Yoo Joonghyuk, uh!” His back is pushed towards a wall as Yoo Joonghyuk strides forth, his glower deepening. “Wait, wait… You don’t have to do this, alright? You can take everything I have. You can even take me hostage. Just—”
“Kim Dokja,” Yoo Joonghyuk growls. His scent seeps into the air, heating up Kim Dokja’s body. Uncomfortably warm, and crammed in between both Yoo Joonghyuk and a wall, he has no choice but to bide out his time and gulp.
“You fool.”
And that, a single sentence from Yoo Joonghyuk, is all the warning Kim Dokja gets before a small warmth blossoms between his lips.
Huh…?
Kim Dokja transmigrates into a novel as a side character, finds the main character maimed, and nurses him back to health, with no ulterior motives at all. Yoo Joonghyuk, like the incorrigible bastard he is, accosts him despite that fact.

Summary
“Joonghyuk-ah,” he whispers. “It’s time for me to go. You’ve gotten all you wanted, haven’t you?”
It couldn’t be better than this. His family entirely intact, his female lead right beside him, his entire party unharmed. Completely opposite of the novel itself—where the author had forgone reason to induce unnecessary tragedy on Yoo Joonghyuk, leaving him standing alone. Wasn’t this the picture-perfect ending, one that all protagonists would desire?
“No.”
The response is immediate. A hand latches itself right onto Kim Dokja’s wrist, preventing him from moving.
“You,” Yoo Joonghyuk chokes, his expression strangely hurt, “can’t go. You can’t, Kim Dokja.”
Having isekai’d as the villain in a shitty story, Kim Dokja has no choice but to overturn his fate. In a strange series of events, he ends up accompanying the protagonist on his journey, but when he tries to part ways from the protagonist, Yoo Joonghyuk, he faces more than he’s willing to accept.

“Yoo Joonghyuk.” Kim Dokja smiles. “It’s been a while, hasn’t it?”
A growl sounds deep within the recesses of Yoo Joonghyuk’s throat, a shading black immediately engulfing Kim Dokja’s entire form.
Kim Dokja faces a fearsome dragon—his former mate—and frees him from a decades-long curse.

Summary
“Go to sleep,” Yoo Joonghyuk wearily mutters. He picks Biyoo up, rocking her in his arms and whistling a mangled tune, a weak attempt to try to get her to settle down.
It doesn’t work.
“Uwa… B-buh!” she says, before bursting into a fit of laughter. She grabs at Yoo Joonghyuk’s shirt. That’s a precursor to something else she’s grown to enjoy—reaching out and grabbing higher, higher until she’s pulling at Yoo Joonghyuk’s hair, as if she were petting an overgrown dog.
Yoo Joonghyuk’s head turns cinematically slowly towards Kim Dokja. His weary eyes do a slow blink of despair, before his gaze falls upon Biyoo again. This time, it’s a forced shift in gaze, with Biyoo’s fingers tugging hard against his hair.
Taking care of Biyoo is a much harder feat than both Yoo Joonghyuk and Kim Dokja had anticipated.
