5 years old Sayuri gently knocked on the door.
"Guren sama! dinner is ready!"
Guren raised his head from among his books and replied, "I'm coming!"
Slowly stretched his body and stood up, out of his room the sky was completely dark and the smell of rusk fish filled the house. He slowly went to hall and saw his father waiting for his behind the table, "Father."
Sakea smiled softly, "How's my little boy?"
"I'm not little!!! I'm 5 years old now!!"
Sakae chuckled and nodded, "Yes! Guren chan is now a 5 years old kitten!"
"Father!" Guren protested and his father only laughed more, "Ok ok!! Come and sit next to me now!"
Guren smiled happily and sat down next to his dad, moments after Shigure and Sayuri brought the dinner.
"I'm hungry!" Guren started to eat and his father was looking at him like the most precious thing in the world.
"Father! Can I go outside after dinner?! I had finished my lessons!"
Sakae smiled and patted his son's hairs, "If you did them then you can!"
Guren jumped on his hug, "Thanks!!"
His father kissed his head and Guren left the house after that soon.
That was a mild night and the stars were shining beautifully, Guren happily like a free soul made his way to the little river behind the house and sat on a stone, put his legs on water.
"Cold!" his body shivered for once but then giggled and looked at the big, shining moon.
Everything was so silent and only the sound of wind could be hear, he closed his big eyes and listened to the wind sound carefully but something disturbed his calmness. Guren listened carefully, someone was whining in pain?
He stood up immediately.
"Who's that there?" he grabbed a wood and be ready for any attack. When nothing happened he slowly made his direction to where the sound was coming.His eyes widen when he saw a little boy near his age falling on the river with a body full of injuries and was grabbing a wood with all his might so the water couldn't bring his body further anymore.
"Hey!" Guren screamed and went to him, grabbed the back of his colar and put him out of water, then started to check his pulse and his body temperature. the poor boy's body was so cold like dead and his pulse was weak too even his breath was too slow. Guren took off his jacket and put it around the little boy's body then lifted him up on his back and head back to home.
"Bear it just a little more! I will save you!"
The boy's body was light but Guren was also a kid too so he couldn't walk fast but at the same time he couldn't abandon the poor kid, finally after like a life passed he arrived home.
"FATHER!"
His father rush out of house with some other bodyguards and shocked, "Guren!"
His little legs couldn't bear the weigh anymore so he sat down, Sakae kneel down in front of him.
"Guren! What had happened?"
"I...found him on the river....grabbing a wood not to....flow more." he said breathlessly.
Sakae lifted up the boy and head back to the house, "Come Guren! Shigure! Call for doctor now!"
"Yes sir!", Shigure left soon and Guren started to follow his father.
Sakae entered to a little room and lied down the kid on a mattress.
"His body frozen!" father pulled the blanket over him.
"Dad...we will save him right?!"
Sakae looked at Guren's worry eyes and hugged him dearly.
"Sure we save him."
