Like his Father, Tanjirou has been able to see Spirits for nearly his entire life.
He's dedicated himself to helping them move on to a proper afterlife; so much so that he's willing to help a broken soul find peace even if it means cutting fresh ties with new faces in his life. But then there's a face from the past, with emerald eyes framed by dark, messy hair, suddenly bumping into him one particular autumn morning, and he catches himself slipping- spending more and more time with this resurrected flame from High School and nearly forgetting the promise he not only made to his Father, but himself as well.
