   I cannot tell you how much glee this gave me. I love the intonation you use to indicate the quote marks around "witcher" and "werewolf," and I adore your voice for The Amazing Marcel's rendition of Jaskier. Stunningly beautiful as always!

   I think I pulled something listening to this. See, this is why I love you - the wonderful way you take our beloved Master Inex's fantabulous works and bring them to life... Your voices and timing at perfection - I have heard so many audiobooks and podfics where the reader makes no attempt to differentiate. When I read the fic ALL I could think about was what you would do with the actors and their lines. I was not disappointed, Ace.

      Oh wow, thank you! I'm so glad that this one gave you joy — it gave me a lot of joy to do it! I love trying to do all of the voices (though there are so many by now that it's a real struggle to try and keep them straight!), so I'm thrilled that you appreciate them. And it's a rare treat to have a story where it's appropriate to go so over-the-top (in my initial edit, all of my notes were like, "add more ham?!?!" 😆), but it was so much fun. Thank you for letting me know how much you enjoyed it! <3

    *I* had to bite my own knuckles listening to this to muffle my own giggling and mostly managed up until reaching Gweld's exclamation of "dainty??!!" at which point I lost the struggle and nearly rolled off the couch in tears from laughing. I actually listened to you do that line several times. Your intonation and sound effects and the way you are able to convey *so many* nuances with the sound of your voice are all amazing and oh my god I'm still recovering from the laughter.

       Teeheeheehee!!! This one was so much fun to perform, I'm thrilled that you found it so entertaining to listen to! I'm sure I did about a dozen takes of "dainty??!!" but she said he "squeaked" so I went ahead with the funniest, most ridiculous one! XD I love that the framing of the play within the story let me both maintain the usual tone and characterization, but then completely overdo it with the players, so you can really appreciate the contrast. I'm glad this was a bright spot for you!

          I'm SO GLAD you went with the funniest one! I mean, all the vocals you did were great, but that particular one, with the little squeak in the way you can convey full laughter with the tone of your voice without *actually* laughing... Seriously, that one word was the highlight of the fic for me. A jewel among all the other jewels.

       :D Tragically, I haven't yet had a chance to watch Avatar, but enough people had mentioned that that I hunted down some clips of that episode for inspiration, and it was just a ton of fun to get to go really over the top!

    I love how we can actually hear the quotation marks in "the witcher". I am with the Witchers - that was so badly written that it fell into hilarious instead of outrageous.

    Thank you so much for podficcing the Accidental Warlord series. It's so nice to have something to listen to while puttering around the house.
    Though this is probably the wrong part of the series to listen to. I was too busy wiping tears from my eyes to do much of anything - besides giggling like a lunatic that is.
    I'm in awe that you somehow managed to get at least one take done without breaking down laughing (or leaving the room. The second-hand embarrassment is strong in this one...)
