When they first meet Wendy, it came with a shock as Natsu pushed to the front of the crowd a smile plastered on his face "Wendy, is that you" he asked
"Natsu," she said as she ran up to hug him, "oh my goodness, long time no see."
"Umm, Natsu," Gray asked "you know this girl," he asked as behind him, Lucy cracked her knuckles.
"Oh yeah," Natsu said, "giving a smile, we go way back."
"Aye," Wendy said, "I'm actually his big sister" the entire guild had gone silent for a good few second as the girl's words hung in the air as Wendy looked around "umm, is something wrong," she asked. as Natsu shook his head before he started to count down as the rest of the guild began to recover from their stupor before letting an extremely loud screamed
"WHAT!"
this was enough to get the pair to start laughing. The rest of the guild was shocked this was odd for Natsu as Wendy wrapped an arm around her "your friends are some pretty cool people," she smiled
"You can always join," Natsu said
that was the story of how Wendy joined fairy tale though they didn't always talk, it was no secret that Wendy was always concerned about Natsu when he went out on his long trips she was typically the first one to either know where he was or simply just go with him if anything she became a window into the mysterious past that was Natsu Dragion though she barley gave them anything all she said is their parents married at some point thus making them siblings it was enough, but that still made them a little more curious, but they choose to leave it alone it was their life, and well it wasn't that important, but one member had more curiosity than anything
"Hey Lisanna," Wendy said, "everything okay."
"Oh me," Lisanna said "yeah, I'm fine, my memory still a little shaky," she said, "so you and Natsu are siblings," she asked.
"Yeah," Wendy said, "adoptive at the very least" she smiled "
"that's nice," Lisanna said though in her head she was confused back in earth land or the Natsu she knew never mentioned having a sister or any siblings for that matter but then again that Natsu was raised by a dragon so that he might have had family out there he didn't know was she wondered how he would feel about that she smiled as she watched Natsu and Wendy interact she wondered if her Natsu ever meets a Wendy.
One of the things Wendy enjoyed was when Natsu was behind the wheel though yeah. He got a little aggressive. He also showed his side that she saw the calm, collected head that should show all the time. She smiled as they drove across the countryside "man, this ride is awesome," Natsu said "shame that it has to go away one day," Natsu said
"But that might not be in our lifetime," Wendy said, "and who knows, maybe if you started showing you tech skills more often."
"Not this again," Natsu said
"Come on, bro," Wendy said, "you're letting your fear overcome the amazing things you can do," Wendy said, "look, I know after" she stopped "after Igneel."
"We said we wouldn't talk about that," Natsu growled
"I know," Wendy said as the car made a jump as Wendy let out a small scream, "not funny, Natsu."
"That wasn't on purpose," he screamed
"Like hell, it was," she screamed
"You wanna walk" Natsu screamed
"Are you taking that tone with me" Wendy shouted
"No, ma'am," Wendy laughed even in the car. The fearful side would show mostly only with her or that Lucy girl he would hang with at times.
"Funny," Natsu said. He laughed "anyway; we should get back to the guild," Natsu said
"Was your last fuel run good" Wendy asked.
"Yeah," Natsu said, "but we gotta use it sparingly," Natsu said
"So no to the thrusters," Wendy asked
"One time, but after that, no," Natsu said
"You always say that," Wendy said
"When and if Lucy and the others ever find out about this, they're going to lose it," Natsu said
"Then they don't have to," Wendy said as she removed the panel for the button "come on, you know you want to."
"Fine," Natsu groaned. "As he pressed the button," a smile came on to his and Wendy's face "what time it is" he screamed.
"Time to kick it into overdrive"
"Okay, so what's this about, bro," Wendy asked. She currently had a blindfold on "with everything going on, we can't be taking breaks."
"I know," Natsu said, but this is important," he said it will be quick. I promise," he said as he opened her eyes, showing a tamed legion "Natsu." she asked "what is this"
"Well, you remember how you always said that you wanted to fly right," Natsu said. Wendy had almost forgotten about that silly little dream of hers ever since she was little, she wanted to fly through the sky she didn't know why but a small part of her wanted to touch the clouds a silly dream, but at the time she figured that she could do it, but now it seems like a pipe dream.
"It took a lot for flying lessons, but that Coco was a great help" Natsu smiled. "Happy birthday, sis."
"Holy shit, today's my birthday," Wendy said as Natsu climbed on
"Come, your airhead," Natsu said smiling, "let's go."
"Hey, wait up" Wendy smiled as she hopped on as the legion flew around. Wendy smiled the feeling of Wind on her face as she reached out, touching one of the clouds that passed by. She smiled as she looked at Natsu, her younger brother. He had the same grin on his face, a part of her feared that she would never see again, but still, it was a nice thing to see. She smiled as she went up to him "let me fly," she asked.
"This thing is hard to handle," Natsu said
"Hey, I'm the big sister here," Wendy said. "I can handle this."
"Yeah, sure," Natsu laughed as he and Wendy spent the whole day flying. Things had finally come around for them, no matter the place. Their sibling bond is stronger than ever.
