    All for One is a corrupted, deadly quirk user who, legend says, has been alive since quirks manifested. His time is running out though, and SPECTRE would like to see it ended before he can pass his quirk onto his successor.

    Karter Thomas's mission is two-fold: eliminate the growing League of Villains from the inside, and ensure that the Symbol of Justice is standing on his own when the Symbol of Peace retires.
