Summary
Once thought to be invincible, now lies broken. An undiagnosed disorder revealed itself in Ritsu when Mio decided to not visit her when she was sick, resulting in their performance ruined and the subsequent arguments breaking their friendship altogether. Looking forward to an upcoming concert, Hisao did not expect a confession letter by his crush to turn his life around for the worst - first, to death's door, and back, to a changed world, as his old world breaks away, leaving him to fend for himself.
Both are now transferred to the Yamaku Academy for further education while doctors can pay close attention to their disabilities. One push here, and another push there, and the two crosses path, changing the lives of not just theirs, but many others.
