Summary
Detective Leonard Snart has always hated thieves and a particle accelerating exploding didn't change that one bit. One thief in particular has been hard to catch for a long time, the one that's spawned the nickname, 'the Flash'. Len's still determined to catch him and once he does he wipes his hands of it and moves on.
A new mysterious speedster with a Flash obsession puts all Len's plans of pretending Barry Allen doesn't exist on hold. Suddenly, he has to help protect a man with a profession he hates. What will happen when he discovers they aren't so different? Len got lucky in his teens, he had someone who helped him out of crime. Barry Allen didn't get lucky and was left to fend for himself.
Will Len overcome his hatred of thieves in time to save Barry and his team's life? Will Barry learn to trust the detective who put him behind bars?
