Chapter Text

"So." Started Lee.

"So?" Interrupted Autumn.

"Soooo..." Fred joked.

"Soooo?" George copied.

Lee rolled his eyes at his friends and continued.

"So, it's our last day of our first year. Have any of you thought about that?"

The group went quiet, thinking about the previous year.

"Has it really been that long?" Autumn spoke.

"It's gone by so fast." George continued.

"I'm going to miss it." Lee whispered.

"We've still got next year." Fred finished.

They all smiled quietly, until Autumn smirked. "Want to go out with a bang, boys?"

The three boys glanced at each other, then answered. "Is there any other way to go?"

And with those words Hogwarts suffered the wrath of the four pranksters.

Oh, they were looking forward to next year alright...

Several hours later, Autumn, Angelina, Katie, Lee, Fred, and George were all piled into one compartment on the Hogwarts Express. Eight rounds of Exploding Snap, three choruses of the Hogwarts School Song, and a couple of Chocolate Frog debates later, the train pulled into the station. Autumn looked out the window sadly, thinking about how long it would be before she would get to go back.

"Cheer up, Autumn!" Said George cheerfully. "We'll see you in a few months."

Autumn nodded. "Yeah, it's just... I'm gonna miss you all."

The six crowded in for a giant group hug, then they left the train and darted off in different directions.

Autumn calmly scanned the crowd, zeroing in on the face of her handler, Anastasia Balakov. She strode towards the woman, and came to a stop right in front of her.

"Come, Manya."

Autumn was almost surprised by the Russian, but she quickly got back into her old rhythm, not responding and simply following.

As she sat in the car on the way to the airport, one thought remained in her mind.

'How did I ever manage to do this?'
