Summary
You had forgotten what you used to be like before the war. Who you were before Sans.
You resigned yourself to dying like the rest of the rotting corpses on the battlefield, glorified title of the "Judge" nothing more than another meaningless name to be forgotten. Everyone you cared about was dead and gone, and Papyrus no longer looked you in the eye. You were ready for it to end in a blaze of glory.
You hadn't anticipated being caught in the crossfires of a malfunctioning machine, bringing you to an alternate, peaceful universe with other versions of yourselves.

The low expectations I had before reading this did NOT help when I suddenly get hit with the wind pipe closing, eye watering, chest hurting Heartache MULTIPLE times :’)
I’ll be honest, I don’t usually get attached to any monsters or ocs outside of the interaction between sans and papyrus and Reader cuz fuk em they dun matter to me… But this thing made it matter :(
Me being a sans in this fic while also having my own lil bro irl (i really care abt my bro, the only family member i give a shi and he fkin hates me) made me have layers and layers of angst cuz I GET IT ya know??? I would do anything for him if it means something for him ya know???
Im so happy that it has an ending and not a cliffhanger or anything. Not only that, it’s a good ending too :’) or else I wouldn’t have a peace of mind. -
