Ruby is sleeping soundly in bed. She turns over and feels the spot next to her empty. Slowly opening her eyes, she sees that the spot is indeed empty. Turning back over, and she comes face to face with Weiss just staring at her not blinking. Ruby muffled her scream. “Weiss!?” She takes a glance at the time. “It’s 4:23 am! What are you doing!?”
Weiss continues to stare until she slowly brings up a controller. “Training!” Was all she said. Ruby rubs her eyes to wake herself up. “Weiss it is too early for that, can it wait until later today?” Weiss yanks the blankets off Ruby and starts to drag her out of bed. “Nope, let’s go!” Ruby whined as Weiss drags her out of the bedroom, but is also surprised at how strong Weiss is.

“Okay,” Weiss said, handing Ruby the controller who just yawns and looks confused. Weiss rolls her eyes, “Teach me how to be good at this damn video game so I can finally beat Yang and win back my dignity!”
Ruby stares between Weiss and the controller. “When is this supposed second rematch?”
“Tomorrow.”
“…Seriously?”
“Alright Ruby, let’s train!” Weiss said, going to the TV and console.
“But-“ Ruby was cut off by Weiss turning the game on and heading back towards the couch. Ruby just sighs and joins her.

A couple hours later, Weiss is frustrated. “How have I not won anything!?” She exclaimed. Ruby just shrugs her shoulders while yawning. “Weiss, it’s just a game, you don’t need to put yourself through this,” Ruby tried to reason with Weiss. She shoots Ruby a glare, but then sighs and slumps into the couch.
“I just want to beat your sister just once, so I figured maybe if I played more and trained I could do it. But even going against you I’m still losing!”
Ruby scoots over and wraps Weiss into a side hug and kisses her head. “Aw it’s okay Weiss, maybe instead of focusing on winning, try focusing on having fun?” Weiss doesn’t say anything but thinks it over. She picks up both controllers and hands one to Ruby. “Alright, let’s try again!”

Weiss did it! She beat Ruby…after an hour later, but she did it.
“I DID IT!” She yelled in delight, Ruby jumped up and gave her a hug. “See! I knew you could do it Weiss!”
“Yeah, you did. But now it’s time to go after Yang!”
Ruby stopped hugging and stared at Weiss. “Are you sure you don’t wanna get some more practice in? Like you said, it is tomorrow.”
“No, I can do this!”
Ruby doesn’t say anything. She hopes Weiss knows what she’s getting into again.

“Okay Xiao Long, let’s do this!” Weiss declared as soon as Yang came into the living room, Yang laughed. “Are you sure you want to go through this again, Schnee?” Weiss doesn’t say anything, she just tosses the controller to Yang and sits down, Yang joins her. “Your funeral,” she said, getting ready.
Ruby rushes into the room panting. “Weiss it’s still not too late to stop this!” She breathed out but Weiss shot her a look. “Ruby, I’m going to win!”
Yang just laughs. “Love the confidence Weiss, but you’re going down.”

An hour later and Yang has won every match so far. Weiss has managed to win a couple rounds, but not the actual match itself. Ruby notices that Weiss is getting frustrated again. She watches Weiss lose again. “Weiss remember, it’s about having fun not about winning,” she tries to tell Weiss. Weiss gets up and leaves the room. “We’re not done, I will be right back!”
Ruby sighs as Yang turns to her. “Think I should just give her a win?” Yang questions.
“No, she won’t count that if she finds out you did.”
“True.”
A couple minutes go by and Weiss returns. “Let’s go!” She said, sounding smug, both Ruby and Yang gave her a curious look but shrugged it off.
“This will be the final match, winner takes all!”
“Alright Schnee.”
The new round starts and Yang wins it after a couple minutes. The second round starts and surprisingly Weiss wins it. The third and final round starts and they go back and forth. Yang gets Weiss down to mid health, but Weiss manages to start fighting back and gets Yang into a corner and gets her down to the same health. Yang fights back but Weiss keeps dodging everything. All of a sudden, “Yang!” Called Blake from behind them.
“Yes Blake?” Yang responded without taking her eyes off the TV.
“Can you help me, I can’t decide which bikini is the better one, what do you think?” She said and Yang quickly turned around wide eyed. But seeing Blake standing there smiling and waves at her, she realizes her mistake. Weiss takes this opportunity and uses her character's ultimate and wins the match.
Weiss drops the controller and jumps up from the couch yelling in delight. Ruby jumps up too and tackles Weiss.
“YES! IN YOUR FACE XIAO LONG!”
“I’M SO PROUD OF YOU WEISS!” Both Ruby and Weiss said at the same time.
Weiss gets free from Ruby and starts dancing around the living room in celebration. Ruby joins her too while Yang and Blake watch.
“Weiss totally asked you to help her didn’t she?” Yang asks Blake who just laughs.
“Yup, and I’m glad it’s finally over, she’s been dealing with this like crazy.”
“Heh, yeah, that is my fault. But even still she cheated and I’m proud of her.” Yang said, wiping a fake tear from her eye.
Weiss stops dancing and stands in front of Yang.
“Hey Yang?”
“Yes Weiss ?”
“GG EZ!” She cackles as Ruby picks her up and they leave the living room.
“Yeah, I deserve that.”
