Ruby loves her team at Beacon Academy. Sky, Dove, Russel – they’re the greatest huntsmen she could have ever asked for. Sure, they might not be the best when it comes to fighting, and maybe their grades are a little lower than she’d hoped, and she can’t deny that they put less effort into their studies than they should, and strictly speaking they sort of don’t respect her word as leader half the time, and if the bullying of other students (especially the Faunus ones) could stop that’d just be swell, but, other than all that, she couldn’t have a better team!

A new year begins at Beacon Academy, and alongside Luna, Lily, Astra, and Cobalt, a new team makes their debut as huntsmen-in-training. Summer, April, Blaze, and Li have been waiting for this their entire lives, and they know one thing for sure - whatever they do, they do it together. But for all their confidence and optimism, life at the academy won't be as easy as they think, and they may not be prepared for the trials thrown their way.
Meanwhile, Team LLAC are returning for their third year, eager to leave the struggles of the previous year behind them. Luna is eager to help guide her younger family members through their new journey, but between changing relationships, unexpected developments within their friend group, and the growing difficulty of missions, the team's also got their own shit to deal with.
It'll take a lot of patience and teamwork to deal with what the year has to bring.
