Summary
The once-thriving city of Yharnam now wanes. Silas, a pilgrim from abroad, arrives in search of the city's miraculous Blood Ministrations: his last hope against a wasting illness. He submits to Ministration and wakes to find the city in ruin, infested by beasts.
Many decades earlier, Master Willem and the scholars of Byrgenwerth unearth something buried deep beneath the earth: a discovery that will set in motion the events that will ultimately consume Yharnam.
Not long before the present, the city is at its zenith. Master Willem's former proteges now command the Healing Church, an institution founded on the insights gathered at Byrgenwerth. Yet rival factions fester beneath the Church's authority, and the city teeters at the edge of collapse.
And above it all, greater forces meddle — ancient and inscrutable — as hidden crimes of the past exact their due.

Bell just want to head to Orario to live his dream. Hestia just want a Familia to raise. Both got it but maybe not in the way they expect. But who's complaining?
